Every route has one fixed fee for our work, written down before you pay anything. The Home Office fee is separate and paid to them directly. No hourly bills.

Spouse and partner visa

Home Office fees are set by the government, change from time to time and are paid to the Home Office directly. We tell you the current figure in writing before you apply.
NO SURPRISES

Included
A lawyer who reads your file before the first call. Every form, cover letter and evidence check. Answers to Home Office questions. Updates in your language until the decision.
Not included
The Home Office application fee and health surcharge. Translations of documents that are not in English. Appeals after a refusal, which have their own fixed fee.
How you pay
Half when you instruct us, half when we file. If we decide together not to file, you only pay for the work done to that point, agreed in writing.
